Not all rooms in our hotel have air-conditioning. You can ask reception for a fan, free of charge, subject to availability. For more information, please contact reception.

We can put a cot in your room at your request. The charges for the cot are € 10,- per night.

We provide the option for you to leave your luggage with reception for the entire day.

To connect with the WIFI, you need to go to the settings of your mobile device. Choose for WIFI and make a connection with the Flonk Hotel WIFI, the password of the network is ‘Welcome1’. We have a safe available at the reception where you can store your items.

You can enjoy a free cup of tea or coffee in the Grand Café. It’s also possible to make coffee or tea in your room.

Dutch newspapers are available in our Grand Café every day.

Mineral water is available in our hotel 24 hours a day. You can drink our tap water.

If you need a sewing kit, they are available from reception.

Call reception in the event of emergencies, State your room number and the type of emergency or call 112 for the national emergency service.

A breakfast buffet is available in the Grand Café from Mondays to Fridays between 7.00 hours and 10.00 hours. On Saturdays and Sundays, breakfast is available from 8.00 hours to 11.00 hours. If you wish to depart before breakfast, you have the option to order a ‘breakfast to go’ from reception. They will be pleased to provide you with more information.

You can park at our parking garage below the hotel for €17.50 per night. Due to the limited parking space, please leave your car keys with reception. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we have a valet parking service and they will drive your car in and out of the car park.

Reception will provide you with stamps at cost, and will also send your post.

If you wish to book a table in a restaurant, please contact reception. We would be pleased to refer you to restaurants in the vicinity of Flonk Hotel Groningen Centre.

Smoking is not permitted throughout the hotel. If we notice that somebody smoked in the room, we charge an additional € 250,- in cleaning costs.

On the ground fl oor there is a shoe polishing machine, where you can polish your shoes free of charge.

A second keycard for your hotel room is available on request if you would like to have electricity in your room whilst you are out. For more information, please contact reception.

If you observe any faults or defects in your room, please inform reception (2955). They will make sure that the problem is solved as soon as possible.

If you wish to use an iron and ironing board, please contact reception. You can use the iron and the ironing board throughout your stay.

Reception can book a taxi for you at any time.

For reception, please dial 2955. For an outside line, please ring reception first, give them the number you wish to call and they will put you through. To call another hotel room, dial 3 followed by the room number you wish to contact.

All rooms have heating. You can also open the window.

Information about excursions, cycle routes etc. in the area is available from reception.

Various toiletries, such as a shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste are available from reception.

On the day of your departure, please leave your room before 12.00 hours. You can leave your luggage with reception for the entire day if required. It is also possible to book a late check-out with reception, subject to availability and a charge.

There is a shop in the lobby. where you can obtain drinks, sweets and snacks 24 hours a day.

Not all hotel rooms have a safe. It goes without saying that you can hand in your valuable items to reception, where they will be stored in our central safe.
